Who you're buying from.

These terms govern your use of sty-website.pages.dev (and, when domain cutover completes, strongerthanyesterday.com) and any related services operated by Stronger Than Yesterday LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Nevada, USA.

When you see "we," "us," or "STY" in this document, that's the LLC. When you see "you," that's whoever's reading this and using the site.

Using the site is your agreement.

By using the site, browsing the catalog, placing an order, creating an account, or contacting us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any of them, don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the bottom of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Your password is yours to protect.

If you create an account (which today happens through Shopify), you're responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure. Don't share them. Don't use the same password you use elsewhere. If you suspect unauthorized access, write to us right away.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse of our return policy, attempts to manipulate pricing or inventory, or any other use we judge to be in bad faith. We'll usually tell you why before doing so, unless the circumstances require otherwise.

Inactive accounts (no orders, no logins) may be deactivated after an extended period at our discretion. Deactivation doesn't delete order history; we'll process a deletion request separately if you make one — see the privacy policy.

Inventory, pricing, and the right to refuse.

Availability. Inventory is finite. An item appearing on the site doesn't guarantee it's in stock at the moment you check out — pages may briefly show items that have just sold out. If your order can't be fulfilled, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Pricing accuracy. We try to display prices accurately. If a pricing error sneaks through (typo, automation glitch, mistyped decimal), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honor the wrong price. We'll tell you what happened.

Right to refuse or cancel. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any lawful reason — suspected fraud, return-policy abuse, shipping addresses we can't ship to, or anything else that warrants it. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to the original payment method.

Color and representation. Product photography is shot under specific lighting and represented through your specific screen. Real-world color may vary slightly from what you see on a webpage. This doesn't qualify as a defect.

What's ours, what you can do with it.

Everything on the site that isn't yours (the brand name, the logo, the typography choices, the photography, the editorial copy, the product designs and graphics, the watch face, the page layouts) belongs to Stronger Than Yesterday LLC or to the photographers, illustrators, and contributors we've licensed it from.

You may browse the site for personal use, share product pages with friends, and post photos of products you've purchased on social media (we love seeing it).

You may not reproduce STY designs, logos, photography, or copy for commercial purposes without written permission. No reselling, no print-on-demand merch with our graphics, no AI-training datasets. If you want to use any of it for something specific, write to us — most legitimate requests get a yes.

Don't break the site.

Some things you agree not to do:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site beyond standard search-engine crawlers and feed readers
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other technical controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source from compiled assets
• Upload malicious code, attempt to inject content, or otherwise interfere with normal site operation
• Use the site to harass others, distribute illegal content, or anything else that violates applicable law

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and (where applicable) referral to law enforcement.

Our liability is capped.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

STY's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or order in dispute.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity — even if we were aware such damages were possible.

The site and the products are provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure beyond reasonable industry-standard measures, and we don't warrant any specific outcome from using a product (e.g., we sell tees and watches; we don't guarantee they'll make you stronger than yesterday — that part's on you).

Nevada law, Nevada courts.

If we have a disagreement we can't resolve through email — and we'll try email first — these terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any lawsuit must be filed in a state or federal court located in Clark County, Nevada. By using the site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We do not require arbitration. We do not require you to waive your right to participate in a class action. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

We'll tell you when material things change.

We may update these terms periodically — to reflect changes in operations, in service providers, in the law, or in how we want to talk to customers. The updated version takes effect on the "last updated" date below.

For material changes (anything that affects your rights or how disputes are resolved), we'll post a visible notice on the site, and where we have your email on file, we may notify you directly.
