How orders move.

USPS only. We ship from Las Vegas same-day if your order lands before 3pm Pacific. Below are the specifics — domestic, international, what we do if a package goes missing.

Carriers and timing

USPS, same-day if we can.

We ship every order via USPS. No exceptions, no upsells to other carriers.

Orders received before 3pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders after 3pm or on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Every shipment includes USPS tracking. The tracking number lands in the email on your order as soon as the label prints.

Domestic shipping (US)

Free over $150.

Free USPS shipping on US orders of $150 or more. The free option uses USPS Ground Advantage in most cases — typically 2–5 business days in transit.

Below $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the live USPS rate for your address and the package's weight and dimensions. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm the order.

Faster options — USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express — are available at checkout if you need the package sooner. Cost varies by destination and package size.

International shipping

Anywhere USPS goes.

We ship to every destination USPS serves. Rates calculate automatically at checkout based on your country and the package's weight and dimensions.

Transit times vary by country. USPS publishes estimates for each destination; once the label prints, your tracking page on usps.com will show their projected delivery window.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid separately to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. STY has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If your package doesn't arrive

We'll replace it, with limits.

Domestic packages with no delivery scan within 14 business days of the ship date: write to us and we'll replace the order at no cost to you.

International packages with no delivery scan within 30 business days of the ship date: same — we'll replace it.

Packages marked delivered but not received: this one's on USPS, not us. Tracking shows the package made it to your address; if it was stolen, lost in your building, or delivered to the wrong door, you'll need to file a claim directly with USPS. We can help you find the tracking details, but the claim process runs through them.

Either way, write to support@strongerthanyesterday.com with your order number and we'll work it out from there.
