If it's not right.

Fourteen days from delivery to send something back. Prepaid label, no shipping cost to you. The full picture below — what we accept, what we don't, what gets refunded versus exchanged.

Return window

14 days from delivery.

You have 14 days from the day USPS marks your package delivered to start a return. Write to us before that window closes and we'll get the prepaid label out the same day.

What we accept

Tags on, unworn, clean.

Items come back to us in resellable condition:

  • Tags still attached
  • Unwashed
  • No stains, no scents (perfume, smoke, anything), no pet hair

Trying it on for fit is fine. Wearing it out for the day is not — we'll see and we'll have to send it back.

Original packaging isn't required. The polybag, the tissue, the tags — keep them or don't. We don't reuse packaging on resold items.

Return shipping

We pay for the trip back.

We send a prepaid USPS label by email. Drop the package at any USPS box, hand it to a carrier, or schedule a pickup at usps.com — whatever's easiest.

No restocking fee. No return shipping cost. We cover both.

Refunds and exchanges

Two paths, depending on why.

If you changed your mind — wrong size, didn't love the fit, decided you didn't want it — we offer exchange or store credit. We don't issue cash refunds back to your original payment method for change-of-mind returns. The store credit is good forever and works on anything we sell.

If the item was defective, damaged in shipping, or we sent the wrong thing — that's on us, and we issue a full cash refund to your original payment method. Or we'll replace it. Your call. Either way, no shipping cost to you.

When you write to us, tell us which path the return falls under and we'll process it accordingly.

What's not returnable

Final-sale exclusions.

A few categories don't come back:

  • Gift cards (final sale, no exceptions)
  • Items explicitly marked "final sale" at the time of purchase — typically clearance, sample-sale, or last-of-stock items. The product page makes this clear before you check out.
How to start a return

Email us.

Write to support@strongerthanyesterday.com with "Return" in the subject line. Include your order number, which item or items you're returning, and the reason (change of mind, defective, wrong item, etc.).

We respond directly. Prepaid label by email same day during business hours.
